"A big "thank you" to Bill and Lisa from Classic Window Fashions. Over a year ago while fixing our back door we lost some of the attachment parts that hold the blinds onto the door. We'd spent a long time looking for these parts with no luck as they are not sold separately. While doing some cleaning recently we discovered the original receipt and business card from CWF. We sent an email inquiring and within the hour Lisa responded and said she could help. We had the parts in hand later that day after meeting Bill and Lisa. Was very glad we’d kept the blinds which took less than 15 minutes to install. All our blinds throughout the house were purchased ten years ago and have held up very well, still looking like new. Thanks again to CWF for their exemplary customer service."
